A Notary is …

A notary is a commissioned state official sworn to protect you (the customer) by validating your identity and ensuring that you understand exactly what you are signing.

Having mobile notary services at your fingertips makes things easier for any individual, because they can call on a notary at nearly any time and rest assured they can complete their transaction, even when it’s after hours.

Connecting with a mobile Notary can help you save time, money, and even help you provide great service by coming to your location and working on your schedule.

Notaries Are Official…But
Although notary publics are public officials, they are not paid by the government; they may obtain income by charging fees, provide free services in connection with other employment

Unlike an in-office or online notary, a mobile is a notary public who travels to meet clients in-person. Usually, you must make an appointment and wait to meet a mobile notary at a specified time and location.

Fraud Protection

Documents are notarized to deter fraud and to ensure they are properly executed. An impartial witness (the notary) identifies signers to screen out impostors and to make sure they have entered into agreements knowingly and willingly.

Notary’s Commission

The commission is a sworn oath to look out for and protect the client(s) in all document signing(s). We cannot, by law, give legal advice. I do, however, diligently adhere to all Tennessee State laws regarding notaries and their public responsibilities. I realize that you would not notarize any document unless it was important. I work to make sure all legal requirements are met.

Not All Notarizations Are Simple

The form that the notarial profession takes varies with local legal systems.Identifying the person appearing before the notary by reference to significant proofs of evidence including passport, driving license, birth certificate, diplomatic documents etc. The notary may have to exercise considerable ingenuity in some cases, such as in the case of Holocaust victims who lack formal documentation or illegal immigrants
